Free Shipping

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $75 CAD. Free shipping applies automatically at checkout when your order total meets the minimum requirement.

We currently ship to the following locations:

• Remote areas may require additional delivery time
• Some items may have shipping restrictions based on location

Order Processing

Once you place an order, here's what happens:

• Processing: We process and prepare your order within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Notification: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
• Delivery: Your order will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to:

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to pick up the package, it will be returned to us. You will be responsible for any return shipping fees. We will contact you to arrange for reshipment or refund.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping options to include international destinations in the future.
